The following terms and conditions are also applicable and work within and when necessary take precedent to our  “Standard commercial credit terms and conditions of trade”:

LIFETIME WARRANTY ON ALL WORKMANSHIP

As our commitment to provide reliable, quality, and energy efficient solutions to our customers, we are offering a lifetime guarantee on all workmanship carried out by our technical team.

In the event that Mactec Electrical received a request for a back job on a suspected repair of workmanship and upon careful evaluation and assessment, it is found out that the problem was not caused by any fault in our workmanship, then, all necessary charges will apply. But if in case it is Mactec Electrical’s workmanship fault, no charges will be applied.

TENANTS AFTER HOURS

Before we attend

Please note that you must make sure with your real estate company, that they will cover the after hours call out. It is your responsibility to make sure this is the case and that the work done is in fact deemed an emergency.  When you call us to get the work done, if your real estate company has not authorised the work. You will be liable for the costs. Then its your responsibility to get reimbursed by the real estate company.

If you are in an apartment/unit complex. You must call your caretaker/strata company first before calling us to firstly see if the caretaker or there appointed electrician can turn power back on for you. If they are unable, you must make sure with them that the board can be opened by a W.A.S (Western Australian Services) key which we carry. If we attend and the strata have there own locks and we are unable to access the switchboard, then you will still be liable for any/all charges for our technician to attend.

Please note: That if it is your appliance that has caused the trip then you will be held liable for any/all charges for our technician to attend. Please go to our “Help centre” to help you diagnose these issues first.

So please do your due diligence before we attend to avoid any liable costs.
